This old Saint-James Cuvée 1765 rum is the result of a fine orchestration work between rums aged for more than 6 years in small oak barrels. It is this aging in the cellars of Saint-James, on Île Sainte-Marie (Martinique) which gives all its character and sublime color to this old rum. With the A.O.P.
