We sat outside on those ridiculously French wicker chairs and watched the clouds roll in while sipping Suze Tonics. I wrote this recipe on the spot. (I’d like to say it was on a napkin, but c’mon, it was in my notes app.) In an easy twist on the standard G&T, subbing in assertive Suze adds an earthy, oral bitterness to the drink while also lowering the alcohol content (drink two!).
