The Mx4 is an Italian SMG and the full-auto version of the Cx4 for military users. The Mx4 retains the same features as the Cx4, including magazine cross-compatibility with Beretta pistols. Press left on the touchpad (Classic Controls) or the B Button (Streamlined Controls) to switch the gun from safe to semi-auto. Press again if you want full auto fire.
