Crampon Guide - When do I use what?

A minimalist version of the Ice Master designed specifically for winter running. 13 stainless steel spikes are evenly distributed under the sole of the shoe for solid traction. The spikes are shortened to 8 mm and the connecting chains are a lower gauge for a better feel under foot while running. The innovative elastomer binding system is lightweight and envelopes the foot for a performance fit. Putting them on and taking them off is made easy with the integrated pull tab on the heel.
