We at Aquascaping have a separate workshop for repairing aquarium products, using only genuine spare parts purchased from authorised dealer, we can get your products back to life again. We have a team of 3 people who work as freelancers, each of them have an expertise in their own fields and also help each other out, they have been repairing products for us since 2014, and with their knowledge and passion we would like to share with fellow hobbyists in India. They will have a source of additional income and you will have your products repaired. All repair work is carried out in our workshop, we have all the equipments needed for the repair at our workshop, this way there is no missing parts and everything is in one place. Eheim filters are a part of our store from many years now, although they can be repaired themselves by the hobbyists but there are certain issues that a hobbyist will not be able to solve on their own. If you have an eheim product that needs our attention we will be happy to help. Note: Before sending any of your products to us, please call us or write a mail on support @ with the following checklist, supported by a picture/video. (you can also WhatsApp us pictures) Important Note: In about 75% of the cases, problems are solved over the phone or by us sending you spare parts, and you will not need to send us the product physically. What if I have a product which you don’t sell for repair ? We do not repair or stock spare parts of the product/brand that we do not sell. Courier charges ?
